When the breath is silent and you sit in that perfect silence, the crystalline structure of your mind opens up, the breath has stopped, and you’re allowed then to rise in consciousness. The frequency changes, your mind has stopped and the intent of your consciousness to elevate itself takes over. This is called our saddna. Saddna is our practice that allows us to complete that intent of consciousness when our mind is shut down.
