Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice to train our body and mind to stay strong through the pressures and challenges of these times we live in.
Together we will be moving through a set of exercises that provide for a full tune up of the nervous system... a strong nervous system allows us to withstand the pressures that come at us, so we can meet any challenge with calm, creative solutions.
We will also be practicing a meditation that is known as one of the most powerful healing sound currents on the planet. What a gift to have these tools to utilize; recently I’ve been assisting a friend in her recovery from breast cancer and this healing meditation has come through with profound results!
